Refund Policy

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please email our customer care within 24 hours of delivery at theumbrella3@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will resolve the issue within 48 working hours. 

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

- We do not entertain exchanges for size-related issues. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned in each product listed. 

- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

- Where products are sold as a part of an ongoing sale.

 

Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER:


If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at theumbrella3@gmail.com.

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in case of pre-paid order).


If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges(in case of pre-paid order).

Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.
